Orders in processed or Ship status are not eligible for refunds. Due to extended shipping times, item(s) must be eligible for return. If item(s) are eligible, returns are free and a shipping label will be provided via email. If item(s) are not eligible, refunds will be provided for damaged items only; photo proof of damaged item(s) is required. Please submit order number and photos to divinetimes@shoppjava.com.
** Please confirm the address entered is correct. Refunds will not be provided for processed orders, orders in Ship status, and/or orders unable to be delivered due to incorrect address. Replacement of selected item(s) will be provided if item(s) are available for replacement. If item(s) are not available for replacement store credit will be given.
