At Divine Times by Shopp Java, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
Refund Eligibility
Orders that have been processed or are in “Shipped” status are not eligible for refunds.
Due to extended shipping times, items must qualify for return eligibility before a refund can be considered. If an item is eligible for return, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email at no cost to you.
If an item is not eligible for return, refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged. Photo evidence of the damaged item(s) is required for review.
Please report damages or concerns within 7 days of delivery status.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Orders that have already been processed
- Orders that have been shipped
- Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
If an item is eligible for replacement, a replacement will be sent based on product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
