Shipping Timeframes

Economy shipping typically takes approximately 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Customers are encouraged to create an account to conveniently track their orders at any time. If you need assistance locating your tracking information, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

 A refund will not be provided for orders unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an item(s) is eligible for replacement, a replacement will be provided based on product availability. 

Customers have 3 business days from the date the order is marked as "Returned/Non-Deliverable" to initiate a replacement request. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe and will extend the eligible request period.

• Store credit will be provided for replacements requested after allotted time 

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Orders that have already been processed
• Orders that have been shipped
• Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

Store credit will be provided for item(s) ineligible for replacement or eligible item(s) that are not available for replacement.
